- Further development of the meat and charcuterie range

- Analysis of market and sales figures and derivation of measures
- Share responsibility for availability, quality and margin
- Cooperation in projects and development of regional value-added products
- Preparation and implementation of regional and national action and promotion plans
- Maintaining and ensuring a correct master database Requirements
- 3 years: as a marketing specialist, product manager or comparable training advantageous
- Completed basic or further training: as meat specialist, butcher, cook or comparable training in the food sector
- You enjoy product range design, market observation and product development
