Main responsibilities

- You ensure the operational processes for the relevant products, analyze regulatory requirements and design the appropriate measures for implementation in the investment business
- Perceiving the first line of defense for the relevant products (e.g. professional responsibility for the contract, instructions, processes and forms in the investment business)
- You are the contact person in the area of regulatory requirements in the investment business such as FIDLEG, KAG and collective investment funds (CH funds).
- Coordinating the interface to asset management, legal, compliance and OpRisk as well as other stakeholders such as operations, IT and marketing
- Working in an agile value stream focused on the investment business Requirements
- at least 5 years: in product management, investment/fund business of a financial institution or consultancy (with focus on investment topics)
- Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences): Banking & Finance, VWL, business administration or similar field of study
- You have in-depth expertise on regulatory requirements in the investment business (FIDLEG, KAG, AMAS guidelines) as well as on topics such as retrocessions
- You have experience with asset management mandates and collective investment (CH funds)
