Application process
- You develop practical modeling guidelines, templates and work aids based on BPMN for the design and analysis of end-to-end processes and support their uniform application in the business areas and IT teams
- You support projects and process initiatives with concrete analyses, work together with process managers, departments and business analysts to develop comprehensible actual and target models as well as implementable suggestions for improvement and bring process, risk and control information together in common models and tools.
- You prepare process workshops, carry them out together with the departments, document the results and empower the teams with training and coaching to independently apply methods and tools.
- You consolidate and analyze process data, prepare key figures on quality, lead times and transaction costs, support the measurement of improvements together with the departments and finance and create understandable evaluations and decision-making basis for the Process Excellence Council
- You coordinate the technical development of our process management tooling, in particular ARIS, translates user needs from business and IT teams into requirements, accompanying tests and the introduction of new functions and helps shape the use of artificial intelligence in process modeling and analysis. This sets you apart
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field or a comparable qualification as well as several years of practical experience in process management, process analysis, business analysis or the methodological support of process improvements.
- Very good knowledge of process modeling with BPMN, as well as experience with process management tools. Knowledge of ARIS is an advantage
- Analytical strength and experience in the preparation and evaluation of data as well as interest in process key figures, cost analyses and understandable visualizations.
