In this position as a plant manager/plant manager, you arrange for a smooth operation of our modern system, coordinate disturbances efficiently and actively support your team in the plant area in everyday life.

- Coordination and communication with internal interfaces (production, technology, WPS etc.)
- experience in handling production plants or in a comparable technical environment
- Stylish German in Word and Writing - ready for shift work (3-shift)
Main responsibilities
- Disruption management at modern production facilities (tool-free repair/qualification, documentation and cause analysis)
- Coordination and communication with internal interfaces (production, technology, WPS etc.)
- Support and training of employees in the plant sector
- First contact person for plant employees in case of questions about operation
- Implementation of plant tests according to requirements
Key requirements
- experience in handling production plants or in a comparable technical environment
- Stylish German in Word and Writing - ready for shift work (3-shift)
- Self-employed, responsible and solution-oriented work
