Main responsibilities

- Creates the 18-month planning in time in the planning tool (DIVCON) taking into account the requirements laid down in the budget and the ERP system (SAP S4/HANA).
- Recognizes railway operational issues (e.g. vehicle availability, seasonal dependencies) and takes these into account in the planning.
- Recognizes the fianic conflicts and resource bottlenecks early and initiates corrective measures.
- Is concerned about the uniform utilization of the workshops.
- Creation and maintenance of detailed plans: Keeps the planning in the planning tool up to date at all times.
- Creates detailed project plans if necessary and carries out them.
- Plans detailed congestion resources and keeps them up to date.
- Internal and cross-sectoral coordination: contributes to the customer-oriented prioritisation of the work.
- Adopts annual planning and the rolling planning with customers from the other business areas.
