Tasks
The Pharmaceutical Service Department, a great team of around 25 pharmaceutical assistants, logisticians and pharmacists, provides the inpatient and outpatient patients with medicines at 5 different locations. With the planned expansion of the ward management, the team of pharmaceutical assistants will be involved even closer to the patient bed in the future. The renovated hospital pharmacy offers bright, generous and quiet office workplaces.
Your responsibilities
- At the counter, you are the first point of contact for the stations and responsible for receiving mail orders and providing telephone information
- They manage the station pharmacies, in the future also in the KSA new building “Dreiklang”
- Administrative work is also part of your everyday life
- Your individual special tasks are oriented, if possible, according to your strengths. With a strong suitability for IT and master data, a development in this direction would be conceivable.
- You participate on a Saturday morning service.
Requirements
You have completed an apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant and have several years of professional experience. Hospital experience is desirable, but not a requirement. They enjoy working in a team and with other professional groups. In addition, you are an open-minded, resilient personality who works exactly and attaches great importance to customer service.
