- Independent allocation of tasks within the assistance and scheduling pool as well as processing of incoming customer orders
- Taking over general administrative activities such as logging and office equipment management Requirements
- Commercial education with several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Sound MS-Office knowledge, especially in Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in disposition – ideally in the field of service technicians – or readiness for familiarization
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact Negotiating knowledge of German;
