Key requirements

- Process performance files and error protocols completely and on time.
- Ensure correct and gapless performance recording.
- Maintain and check master data such as tariffs and physician master data.
- Regularly process checklists and reports, especially in the ambulatory tariff environment.
- Provide information and work with internal and external bodies.
- Document work processes traceably and up-to-date.
- Ensure daily operations and telephone availability.
- Take on coordinating tasks in daily work life.
