Analysis and optimization of processes, structures and organizational processes in close cooperation with the specialist committees
Development and implementation of key figures, performance and control systems for increasing efficiency and productivity
Responsibility for project management and change management in cross-divisional improvement initiatives
Close cooperation with the central Operation & Performance team of the Migros industry to harmonize standards and best practices Requirements
Professional experience: Several years of experience in operational excellence, lean management or continuous improvement, ideally in a production environment
Student (Uni/FH/HF): Successfully completed studies (ETH/Uni/FH) or many years of experience in a production company in the field of optimization
Sound business understanding coupled with holistic, analytical thinking
Experience in professional leadership and coaching of interdisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills, power of persuasion and pleasure in working with people
Hands-on mentality and implementation strength, coupled with conceptual clarity
