Main responsibilities

- You work closely with the departments and contribute to transparency about costs, earnings and KPIs
- You will analyze operational processes, identify potential for improvement and accompany their implementation in the team
- You create and develop reports and dashboards (e.g.
- Power BI, SAP BW) and provide analytics in an understandable way.
- You work with data from different systems, link them and contribute to the further development of automated reporting processes while ensuring careful data maintenance.
- You will work on projects and gain insights into strategic issues and the further development of controlling Requirements
- You are in a bachelor’s degree (FH/uni) in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting or finance or have recently completed it
- Knowledge of accounting, good analytical thinking and interest in understanding and applying financial and business contexts
- Practical experience in financial and operational controlling is an advantage
