- Ensure the careful handling, precise cleaning, and proper storage of porcelain, silverware, glassware, and heavy cookware (blackware). Culinary & Logistics Support:
- Support the kitchen team by fetching supplies and goods from cold storage / basement refrigerators.
- Assist our culinary team with basic kitchen prep work during non-peak service times. | This is you:
