- Training as a service specialist, hotel specialist, restoration specialist or specialist / housekeeping specialist
- Good computer skills (word, Outlook) and good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Experience in the upscale hotel industry as well as independent working methods and peace of mind in hectic situations
- Motivated and friendly personality with cultivated manners and pronounced customer orientation
