- Advice and support for customers: inside, mainly on the telephone or customer reception
- Support of the pension consultants: women in the arrangement of customer appointments
- Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)
- Administrative support of the pension advisors:in
- Preparation of offers and applications
- General correspondence
You bring that with you
- Commercial education in the insurance industry and experience BVG mandatory
- Passed intermediary examination (VBV) mandatory
- Enjoying the expansion of existing customer relationships
- Reliable, resilient personality combined with forward working methods
- High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
- Convincing appearance with pleasure in dealing with people
- Positive and winning style, sales flair
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
