- In-house sales service for our customers in German and English
- Processing and coordination of inquiries and preparation of offers or Tendering procedures
- Coordination, coordination and cooperation with the specialist departments (e.g. production, marketing, logistics, quality management, purchasing, etc.) Creation of customs documents
- Creation of waste management agreements, e.g. ARA
- Creation of commission statements for commercial agencies
- Price and condition maintenance in the SAP system
- Sales planning IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Collaboration in defined projects incl. Follow-up of project lists
