- In principle attached to the home care sector, you will also be required to carry out occasional missions within the accommodation and hospital sectors. Your mission:
- Assess needs, develop and adapt care plans according to the evolving situation
- Provide medical-technical nursing care and actively contribute to team dynamics
- Participate in B13 monitoring in collaboration with the professionals concerned
- Provide appropriate care for people of all ages, in collaboration with those around them
- Guarantee rigorous transmission and documentation of the information necessary to monitor situations
- Promote home support and support the autonomy of beneficiaries
