Main responsibilities
- You look after patients at the reception and telephone and assist in the office hours
- You perform blood sampling and assist with wound care, dressing changes and aesthetic-cosmetic procedures
- You coordinate office hours and operational appointments and communicate with internal and external partners
- You create medical reports and doctor’s letters, edit cost estimates and take on administrative tasks
- You ensure practical operation and are responsible for material management and ordering Requirements
- You have an education as an MPA or medical secretary: in and ideally experience in a practice or clinic
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and are secure in dealing with IT systems
- You enjoy direct patient contact and cooperation in the office hours
- You are team-capable, resilient and service-oriented; Foreign language skills are a plus
