• Overall responsibility for the medical, organizational and personnel management of Klinik Medizin
• Ensuring modern, competent and high-quality medical care
• Further development of the range of services and clinical processes in the medical sector
• Leadership, promotion and development of an interdisciplinary team as well as medical training (assistant and senior physicians)
• Active participation in the design and implementation of strategic goals as a member of the management
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist areas as well as close cooperation with referring physicians as well as with the Klinik Gut and the KSGR
• Promoting an open, team-oriented and forward-looking leadership culture

Your profile

• Specialist title Internal Medicine or specialist title recognised in Switzerland (MEBEKO recognition)
• demonstrated multi-year clinical leadership experience in a senior function
• broad experience in the entire spectrum of internal medicine
• Emphasis in a specific subject area desired (e.g. pneumology, angiology, etc.)
• strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the willingness to actively participate at management level
• Business thinking and acting
• High integration capacity and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• stylish German in word and writing, knowledge of Italian desired
