- Manager Strategic Pricing & Analytics 100% Männedorf, Zurich Your contribution Join our Global Commercial Excellence team as a Strategic Pricing & Analytics Manager! In this pivotal role you will:
- Drive with the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of value-based pricing approaches across products, markets, and customer segments.
- Support new product development and launches with pricing analyses, price recommendations, and business case assessments
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to define a new global pricing policy and governance
- Build analytical models and methodologies to support value-based price setting, price differentiation, and price positioning
- Define and standardize metrics, with focus on pricing, such as price realization, discount rate, deal margin, and value capture indicators
- Design and maintain pricing analytics dashboards, tools, and reporting that enable pricing execution and monitoring
