Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for an Industrialization Service Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to animate, pilot and accompany his team in order to meet the objectives of implementing industrialization and methods activities, to bring his technical vision and ensure the progress of the projects under way.

- Team Management:
- Organize and manage the activity to ensure the performance of its unit.
- Participate in technology watch. Profile Diploma of engineer HES, EPF or equivalent Experience confirmed in management Natural Leadership, Listening and Empathy Exemplarity and impeccable communication
Main responsibilities
- Team Management:
- Organize and manage the activity to ensure the performance of its unit.
- Communicate overall directions and set individual objectives.
- Support, guide and stimulate employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
- Develop a climate of trust and help optimize both group cohesion and interfaces with partners.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal processes and rules. Operational management:
- Pilot the operational and economic performance of the unit using and developing various piloting and reporting tools.
- To produce new products according to project objectives.
- Develop the industrial tool in relation to the strategy.
- Ensure the durability and consistency of changes made in series life.
Key requirements
- Participate in technology watch. Profile Diploma of engineer HES, EPF or equivalent Experience confirmed in management Natural Leadership, Listening and Empathy Exemplarity and impeccable communication
