Main responsibilities
- Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure the stable, secure and high-performance operation of our Linux-based system and platform landscape.
- You will continuously operate, monitor and develop our infrastructure and platform services.
- You will actively participate in company-wide infrastructure and networking projects and bring your experience to the design, implementation and operation.
- You take responsibility for incident, problem and change management and analyze disruptions independently up to the system and network level.
Key requirements

- Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Netzwerk-Affinität und kennst dich mit folgenden Themen gut aus: LAN / WLAN, Switching & Routing, Cisco-Netzwerke, Authentifizierungs- und Zugangsmechanismen (z. B. 802.1X)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Container- und Plattformumgebungen (RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Podman)
- Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben mit Ansible und Skripting (z. B. Bash, Python)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, Backup- und Storage-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam)
- Du bewegst dich sicher in heterogenen IT-Umgebungen und hast keine Berührungsängste mit: Microsoft-Technologien (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server/Clients, AD, Exchange, Teams, VoIP) sowie Git
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für technische Zusammenhänge und verfügst über Anwenderkenntnisse in der Atlassian Cloud Suite
- Du sprichst Deutsch; Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
