Role overview

Your central role includes instructing Operator Packaging within the assigned facilities, ensuring that all standards are met and implemented, and supporting the training and development of the Packaging team.

Requirements: Technical training, ideally with several years of experience in the filling/packaging of foodstuffs or similar work areas first management experience experience with systems in the area of continuous improvement e.g. (TPM) Experience in dealing with MS-Office High flexibility and willingness to use in 3-shift operation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as English of advantage Interested?
