• Dipl. Nursing professional HF with sound practical knowledge
• Leader with appropriate training
• Communication skills at all levels
• High commitment, creative will and initiative
• Knowledge of InterRAI HomeCare
• Driving licence Cat. B

Your core mission

• Implementation of the public Spitex service mandate
• Evaluation, consulting and planning of performance needs
• Preparation of service operational planning
• Cooperation with doctors, authorities and insurers
• Staff management
• Representation of the Spitex organisation within the management
