Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Nachdiplomstudium NDS HF Notfallpflege von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege
- Führungserfahrung und idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender, verbindlicher und situationsgerechter Führungsstil
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Veränderungen
