We are looking for the secretariat and practice medicine at 1. January 2027 or by agreement

Tasks

Main tasks

• Administrative processing of inpatients and practice patients (terminal coordination, preparation of medical reports, performance recording, etc.)
• Organizational skills for a smooth operation of the outpatient practice
• Coordination and if necessary Assistance in medical-technical examinations (ECG, ergo/spiroergometry, long-term ECG, 24 blood pressure measurement, pacemaker/ICD controls, respiratory polygraphy, nocturnal oximetry, small lung function, echocardiography, ultrasound, etc.)
• Communication with referring physicians
• Management of Secretariat staff
• Active contribution to rational and efficient operations

Requirements

Requirement profile

• Training as medical/practice assistant (MPA) or equivalent (commercial training with further training as medical secretary)
• Several years of professional experience in practice and/or secretarial services
• Competence in computer application
• Organisational talent
• Job sharing possible
