Role overview
As part of the succession plan, we are looking for a dedicated person for the management of complementary therapy as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement as a result of retirement of the previous job holder.
Together with you, we want to further develop the future of complementary and anthroposophical therapy and build up in-patient pain therapy.

- You take over the technical and organizational management of the area of complementary therapy
- You lead, support and promote your team and create an appreciable working environment in which employees can develop
- You support the personnel deployment planning, the recruitment of new employees as well as their introduction and training
- You ensure well-organized processes and smooth operation in everyday life
- You actively contribute to the further development of the department as well as in quality and organizational projects You work
- You will represent complementary therapy in interdisciplinary committees and share your expertise with colleagues
- You will remain active in your therapeutic specialty and will continue to accompany patients directly in the treatment
- Co-design of innovative projects Requirements: Requirements profile
- You will have the Higher Specialist Exam Complementary Therapy (HFP) or are ready to complete it
- You own Ideally, recognition at EMR, ASCA and/or EGK
