Role overview

Tasks - Together with around 23 employees, as the food department head, you will ensure the sales success of your department.

• Your plan: You promote and develop your employees.

This is how you implement the corporate strategy as a team.

This guarantees that the right products are always on the shelf.

You create the personnel deployment plan including cost control and you implement sales promotion measures.

• General administrative tasks are of course also part of your work in our successful company.

• Requirements - Are you goal-oriented, solution-oriented and a winning sales personality - with management experience in a department store?

• Thanks to your professional training in the retail sector, you are a professional.

Ideally, you acquired your business management skills during your further training as a retail specialist.

• We assume that you have perfect written and oral command of German.
