Your tasks

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all dishes according to the menu plan and special requests
• Responsible for regeneration, completion and picking of food
• Shared responsibility for efficient warehouse management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Shared responsibility for controlling management and quality management
• Co-responsible for supervision of trainees

Your profile

• Training to become an EFZ chef with professional experience
• Experience in hot and cold cooking, completion/regeneration and picking of food
• Experience in medical institutions an advantage
• Professional and independent work attitude
• Flair for serving and decorating food
• Willingness to work at events and catering
• Knowledge of system catering and à la carte cuisine
• Ticket B is a requirement
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoy a variety of challenges
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German
