As part of a project to overwhelm the clinic building and on-site facility at Onex, we are looking for a manager.
THE PROJECT Develop an elevation on an existing building to create new accommodation areas for the operation of the medical group.
The construction site will have to combine technical performance, time and cost control, regulatory compliance and maintenance of a safe environment for users and teams.

- Your main responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation, planning and phases of the project.
- Technical training in the building industry: ES/HES diploma, architecture, civil engineering, engineering technician, draftsman with progress in construction, or equivalent training.
- First job experience desired (training, apprenticeship, alternation or 1 to 3 years of experience).
Main responsibilities

- Participate in the preparation, planning and phases of the project.
- Coordinate companies, agents, suppliers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Monitor progress, timelines, performance quality and costs, then produce a clear reporting.
- Prepare and co-host construction sessions, prepare minutes and follow up decisions.
- Monitor on-site work, identify gaps and contribute to rapid problem solving.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulatory requirements and project standards.
- Organize controls, tests, receptions, withdrawals and delivery of final documentation.
- Integrate the constraints of a medical building, including continuity of activity, access, noise, dust, hygiene and safety of patients and staff.
Key requirements
- Technical training in the building industry: ES/HES diploma, architecture, civil engineering, engineering technician, draftsman with progress in construction, or equivalent training.
- First job experience desired (training, apprenticeship, alternation or 1 to 3 years of experience).
- Good reading of plans and understanding of the main state bodies of the building.
- Mastery of office tools; ease with appreciated site planning and/or monitoring software.
- French current oral and written; desired driver's license.
