- Responsibility for the leadership and development of the area managers, department heads and employees as well as for the promotion of young talent Achieving sales and cost targets
- Ensuring the defined processes in your area
Key requirements
- Completed basic or further training: in retail or an equivalent training Enthusiasm for the retail trade
- You want to take responsibility and can already demonstrate initial management experience Enjoy leading and Promoting employees
- Strong customer orientation and convincing appearance Commitment, resilience and flexibility
- High social skills, team spirit and sociability Good PC skills
