Application process
- Technical customer support in 1st level support for technical and simple application-related inquiries
- Supporting customers in southern Germany, eastern Austria and in German- and Italian-speaking Switzerland Representative support for other sales territories within Europe, in particular Germany and Austria
- Independent planning and implementation of services at the customer site
- Technical and economic assessment of customer complaints
- Coordination of sustainable solutions with the Technical Support and Application Support Team in Switzerland
- Recording and processing of customer complaints and returns in ServiceNow
- Logistical and documentary support of field service colleagues in Europe Processing of submitted customer products in the send-in service at the locations Höchst or Domat/Ems
- Providing expertise in customer seminars, webinars and internal and external training
