Main responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for the production of food for patients, employees, external guests of the three restaurants
- Knowledge of à la carte and community gastronomy
- Consistent adherence to specifications, processes, hygiene and safety standards
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as well as occasional evening assignments Props
- Proven specialist with training as a chef EFZ
- Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Team spirit, helpfulness and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
- Innovative and creative personality with an independent, reliable and structured way of working
