Main responsibilities
- Oltre al supporto IT operativo, ti assumi responsabilità nei progetti IT, contribuisci attivamente con la tua esperienza e promuovi l’ulteriore sviluppo dei nostri sistemi.
- Con il tuo approccio strutturato garantisci un funzionamento stabile e un livello di servizio costantemente elevato. Cosa puoi fare
- Acceptance, analysis and processing of support requests incl. Advice and support to users
- Independent analysis and correction of disruptions as well as coordination of escalations to responsible bodies
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstation systems, peripherals and standard software (including M365)
- Processing of IT services according to service catalogue incl.
- Documentation, maintenance of instructions and IT inventory
- Participation in IT projects, in the Scrum process and support in the further development of IT services Ecco perché sei la persona giusta’
- Completed computer science education or training in computer science
- Several years of experience in IT support / service desk (including ticketing systems such as TopDesk)
