- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripherie und Standardsoftware (inkl. M365)
- Abwicklung von IT-Services gemäss Servicekatalog inkl.
- Dokumentation, Pflege von Anleitungen und IT-Inventar
