- To ensure the operational and functional responsibility of a critical platform covering inter alia foreign exchange activities (FX), money market, cash products and derivatives.
- Be the preferred contact point for Front Office, Treasury, Back Office, Accounting and external suppliers users for all applications related questions under your responsibility.
- Ensure the availability, stability and performance of applications by ensuring daily monitoring of production, incident management and coordination of corrective actions.
- Piloting the functional evolution of applications: gathering and analysing needs, drafting specifications, coordinating developments, organizing tests and accompanying change.
