Responsibilities

• You supervise and support our clients throughout the entire training process
• You create training plans and monitor trainings and goal achievement
• You ensure cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
• You conduct introductory trainings and sell memberships
• You handle various administrative tasks, prepare contracts, and actively acquire future clients

Requirements

• Desired: experience as a fitness instructor
• Completed basic or advanced training: education as a fitness instructor with a valid BLS/AED certificate
• You have a flair for sales as well as strong service and consulting skills
• You are a motivated and responsible personality who inspires our clients
• You are flexible and enjoy working evenings as well as weekends and holidays
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have a valid work permit
• German (good knowledge)
