Role overview
As part of the Migros Supermarkets strategy team, you actively shape the format and operator strategy, gain insight into strategic decision-making processes and support directly in the implementation.

- Management of strategic subprojects, e.g.
- first professional experience: ideally in the field of trade, business development and/or consulting
- Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences): Business administration or similar - fast understanding and analytical flair with first experience in process and Data analysis
Main responsibilities
- Active participation in 2 strategy projects of Migros Supermarkt AG
- Management of strategic subprojects, e.g.
- in data analysis, stakeholder interviews, preparation of presentations, coordination of the network of trades offices in cooperation with branches support of the strategic project managers
- cooperation with various stakeholders across several organisational levels
- exchange and coordination with project teams of different levels
Key requirements
