- Processing and control of employment contracts and contract mutations
- Collection and mutation of personnel and wage data in SAP Processing of residence and work permits Withholding tax deductions
- Processing of registration forms (EO, maternity, etc.) and official registration forms (employer certificates, etc.) Preparation of evaluations and reporting
- Management of electronic personnel dossiers
- Telephone and written support for line managers and employees in HR-administrative, social security and wage-related matters
- Cooperation in general administrative activities Requirements
- Completed commercial training, equivalent qualification or training in human resources
- Professional experience and sound human resources knowledge
- SAP/HR knowledge and very good knowledge in the MS-Office programs
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
