- As an HR Business Partner, you manage two of our Business Units and are the central contact for managers in your area of responsibility.
- Together with the executives, you shape all HR topics along the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and performance management to succession planning.
- You advise and accompany executives on personnel and organizational issues and support them in employment law and personnel-relevant topics.
