- Identification of personnel requirements and participation in recruiting new employees
Main responsibilities
- Advising and supporting managers along the Employee Life Cycle
- Identification of personnel requirements and participation in recruiting new employees
- Promotion of employee development through targeted training and development measures
- Support for the implementation of change management processes
- Analysis of HR indicators and derivation of recommendations for action
- Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company guidelines Requirements:
- Completed studies in the field of human resources, a commercial background or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HR sector, ideally as an HR Business Partner in the industrial environment
- Enjoyment of accompanying employees and managers of an industrial company
- Sound knowledge of labour and social security law
