As part of our Guest Experience Circle, you take responsibility for ensuring that our guests enjoy a harmonious, personal and unforgettable experience from their first contact to their departure., What you are moving:

• You are the first person to contact our guests – personally, by telephone and digitally.
• You carry out check-in and check-out professionally and warmly.
• You take responsibility for the quality of the guest experience and coordinate all necessary measures across the entire area.
• You recognize your wishes, needs and potential challenges early and proactively.
• You find business-friendly, guest-friendly solutions and make decisions independently within the scope of your competences.
• You coordinate the cooperation with Housekeeping, Haustechnik, Food & Beverage and other areas, so that guest wishes are efficiently implemented.
• You work on guest correspondence during your stay on different channels.
• You start and control invoices and run the shift fund responsibly.
• You actively participate in the adherence and further development of Guest Experience standards.
• You are willing to work on weekends on shift work early and late as well as in winter., What makes you feel:
• You take responsibility and think consistently from the guest's point of view and for the benefit of the company.
• You recognize the need for action before others see it and act independently.
• You work independently, with a sense of decision and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You have a training in the hotel industry or comparable professional experience.
• You have experience in the front office or a comparable guest function.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and English: 9-send; other languages are welcome.
