Company and context
- Overall responsibility for the personnel, organizational and professional management of an intercultural team of approx. 55 employees, including 3 direct reports, at the Wil and Uznach locations
- Ensuring professional, economical and trouble-free operation of the assigned technical systems as well as responsibility for area management, property cleaning and property maintenance
- Consistent further development of the structural and process organization with a focus on quality, digitalization and sustainable process optimization
- Active management of external service providers as well as building sustainable and professional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards as well for a cost-conscious use of resources What you bring with you for this position
- Completed training at the level of a higher specialist examination, HF/FH or Bachelor with a technical, home economics or business-related focus and several years of management experience in a comparable function with demonstrable responsibility for larger teams and complex operational structures
- Innovative, resilient, flexible and initiative personality with a high level of social skills
- Experience in building maintenance, technical facility management as well as in the management of projects and change processes
- Strong organizational skills as well a structured and solution-oriented, entrepreneurial way of working as well as high resilience, decision-making strength and assertiveness
