• You take responsibility for a high-turnover food department and ensure an attractive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.

• You lead, promote and motivate your team and create the conditions for sustainable success.

• You control the business key figures of your department and ensure efficient use of personnel and goods.

• You guarantee the highest standards in the areas of quality, hygiene and presentation of goods,

• You have completed basic training in the retail trade or bring several years of professional experience in sales.

• You have already gained leadership experience and understand how to motivate employees and develop them successfully.

• You convince with your high customer and service orientation as well as your strong commitment.

• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and safely with digital tools and systems.

• You communicate stylishly in German, perform well and appreciate the cooperation in the team.
