The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel in the Bündner Bergen located at 1'800m. As one of the four hotels in the "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, plus four stylish restaurants

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as Head Concierge or Assistant Head Concierge in the luxury hotel industry, preferably seasonal hotel industry
• Experience in a 5-star or 5-star superior hotel
• Knowledge of Leading Hotels of the World Standards (LHW) is an advantage
• fluent knowledge of German and English in words and writing
• Other foreign languages are a big plus
• Strong host personality with a high service and service orientation as well as a real passion for excellent guest experiences
• Organizational talent with the ability to set priorities even in a dynamic environment and always keep an overview
• Leadership skills, team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Responsible, reliable and flexible personality with a structured and independent working method
• Discreet, sovereign and professional appearance paired with excellent manners and a well-kept appearance
• Strong communication skills, high social skills as well as a secure feeling for the individual wishes of international guests
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality |
• Professional and operational management as well as further development of a concierge team with up to nine employees
• Overall responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of the concierge lounge as well as the chasseur and baggage services
• Personal support of our international guests before, during and after their stay – from exclusive restaurant, event and ticket reservations to individual travel planning
• Build and maintain a first-class network of regional partners to provide our guests with unique and customized experiences
• Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of ski depots in close cooperation with our partner Gisler Sport
• Competent advice for our guests on regional activities, events and excursion possibilities as well as ensuring professional and personal guest communication
• Coordination of all arrival and departure processes, including Chasseur team, valet parking, hotel parking, guest and hotel vehicles
• Coordination of guests with the hotel's own Tschuggen Express mountain railway
• Ensuring excellent guest service according to Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) standards and continuous optimization of the guest journey
• Working closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and other operational departments to ensure a world-class guest experience
