The Weisse Arena Group in LAAX is a pioneer in alpine tourism and a passionate community for unique mountain adventures. A motivated and committed team that lives out its passion every day. ## Ristorante Camino At Ristorante Camino, under the motto "l’arte della cucina italiana", pasta and risotto variations, meat and fish dishes, as well as traditional wood-fired pizzas are served. The selection of Italian wines and drinks rounds off the offer. Hotel guests enjoy their breakfast and dinner here. The venue offers space for around 110 guests in the restaurant area and around 60 guests in the Camino Bar/Lounge. In addition, Ristorante Camino organizes various catering and banquet events. ## Tasks

• You prepare our à-la-carte dishes with passion, precision and attention to detail at a high level
• You ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients and ensure an appealing presentation of the dishes
• You ensure smooth kitchen operations, coordinate work processes and keep your workspace clean and tidy
• You support the planning and implementation of events, themed evenings and special promotions
• You prepare the workstations optimally and are responsible for the follow-up and cleanliness in your area
• You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) in the kitchen
• You work closely with the service and other kitchen colleagues to provide our guests with a consistently excellent experience ## Requirements
• You have solid practical experience as a chef and are familiar with the processes and requirements of a professional kitchen
• You contribute with commitment, creativity and team spirit to a motivated and harmonious kitchen atmosphere
• You remain calm even in stressful situations and adapt flexibly to changing requirements
• You have good German language skills, ideally also English, and additional foreign language skills are a plus
• You work independently and reliably without losing sight of important details ## What we offer
