As one of the 4 houses of the "The Tschuggen Collection AG", our house offers 60 individually designed suites and rooms, including stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight Da Vittorio with 18 points Gault Millau & 2 Michelin stars and the Grand Restaurant, a tribute to the nature and the culinary delights of the Engadins – as well as an impressive 1 200 m2 spa.

- Hair treatments (hair washing, cutting, dyeing, tones, styles)
- Advice and assistance of guests at 5 Hotel Spa Level
- Successfully completed vocational training and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry in Switzerland
- Funded professional, industry, SPA & hotel knowledge of advantage
Main responsibilities
- Hair treatments (hair washing, cutting, dyeing, tones, styles)
- Advice and assistance of guests at 5* Hotel Spa Level
- Coiffeur orders (in cooperation with management)
- Guest reception & execution of treatments (massage and/or beauty) at 5* Hotel Spa Level
- Complete general administrative work and monthly inventory of sales and saloon products
- Professional advice and sales of treatments as well as our exclusive spa product lines
- Creating a safe, clean and friendly environment for all guests
- Support at the SPA reception and if necessary in the pool area for regular control tours
Key requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry in Switzerland
- Funded professional, industry, SPA & hotel knowledge of advantage
- A very high quality and responsibility awareness - courtesy forms of handling and a well-kept appearance
- Very good computer knowledge in MS Office, Outlook
- More computer knowledge of Protel & TAC of advantage A warm personality with empathy
- Positive radiation and multitasking capability
- Teamability, physical resilience and willingness to walk the extra mile and motivate his fellow human beings
