The Engadin is a place full of inspiration. Here, where impressive mountain peaks meet sparkling lakes and vast plateaus, visitors feel a special power that reaches far beyond everyday life. As a destination organization, we operate throughout Upper Engadin and are responsible for marketing, tourist development and guest information. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Guest Experience Specialist – 70% m/f/d, as of 1 November 2026 or by appointment. You take over the independent and needs-oriented guest advice in the Tourist Information Sils, by phone, e-mail and chat. You will provide information about the tourist offer of Sils and the entire region. Your other tasks include general administrative activities, the support of the service partners, the hotel and holiday apartment agency as well as the ticket sale of various offers and events in the Engadin. In addition, you take on tasks in the postal agency and actively contribute to the training of our learners by accompanying and supporting them in everyday work. Your Passion

Your rucksack

• Professional experience in the commercial sector, tourism, retail trade or in the hotel industry
• Very good knowledge of destinations and offers
• Sound IT skills
• Flexibility in working hours and readiness for weekend and evening assignments
• Organisational talent
• German as mother tongue, English and Italian in word and writing, other languages beneficial
