You control your shift, support our hosts, live our service promises and also recognize sales potential.

What you are moving

• Operational responsibility for smooth running during shifts and meaningful prioritization of available resources.
• Ensuring an outstanding guest experience along the entire guest experience.
• Self-employed handling and solving demanding guest topics.
• Professional handling of complaints and challenging situations with appropriate decision-making authority.
• Active support of the team in day-to-day business, especially at evenings and weekends.
• Implementation and assurance of defined service and quality standards.
• Responsibility for the design and operational implementation of the weekly programme and other guest activities at the resort.
• Support and care of the guest reviews as well as professional handling of feedback.
• Conduct practical training and introductions of our Guest Experience hosts directly in the work day.
• Recognize and exploit additional sales and sales opportunities as well as promote economic success.
• Work with the development of processes, standards and digital solutions along the guest experience.
• Work closely with the various areas of the resort to offer our guests a consistent and all-round experience., What makes you feel:
• You have a multi-year operational experience in the hotel industry, tourism or a comparable service industry.
• You have experience at the front office and a pleasure of actively inspiring guests.
• You have a strong organizational talent and the ability to keep track of the situation.
• You have entrepreneurial thinking and a sense of service quality, guest needs and sales opportunities.
• You have a safer handling of hotel and hotel and hotel systems as well as digital work equipment.
• You work independently, solution-oriented and responsible.
