The Competence Center for Vocational Integration (KbE) at Bellikon Rehabilitation Clinic offers various measures with a professional focus. On behalf of IV positions and other clients, specialists accompany people on their way back to work after an accident or illness. Services at the Chur location include in particular integration measures, vocational assessments, career guidance and job coaching. The Chur site is home to an interdisciplinary team of around 11 employees and two civil service providers. The KbE Chur is part of the outpatient services of the Bellikon rehabilitation clinic with further KbE locations in Bellikon and St. Gallen. As of January 1, 2027, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and leadership-strong personality as a group leader / in vocational integration Chur.

Tasks

• Personnel and operational management of the Chur location
• Leadership and further development of employees and promotion of constructive and performance-oriented cooperation
• Responsibility for a customer-oriented, high-quality and economical operation
• Management of utilization, capacities, resources and budget
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of the services offered
• Maintaining and developing relationships with IV posts, employers, institutions and other contractors and partners
• Identification of customer needs and development potential as well as initiation and implementation of new offers and improvements
• Continuous optimization of processes and processes with regard to efficiency, quality and customer benefit
• Representation of the Chur site inside and outside Bellikon rehabilitation clinic and performance of representative tasks

Profile

• Completed higher vocational training or higher education in an area relevant to the function
• Leadership experience and joy in taking on responsibility and developing employees
• Experience in an SME or comparable private sector environment
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as understanding of business relationships
• Knowledge of professional integration and understanding of its relevant framework conditions
• Existing network of relations in the Canton of Graubünden with business, institutions and administration
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High solution orientation, determination and implementation strength
• Very good communication skills and convincing appearance
