• Management, development and operational planning of employees
• Active participation in everyday care as well as support of the team in demanding care situations
• Ensuring professional, patient-oriented care as well as seamless documentation and information sharing
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines, and promoting high quality of service
• Shared responsibility for the economic use of resources

Your profile

• Completed training for/for the Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH (SRC recognition for foreign degrees)
• at least two years of experience in a Swiss acute care hospital
• First leadership experience is beneficial
• Leadership training or the willingness to complete one
• Experienced MS Office skills
• very good knowledge of German (verbal and written), knowledge of Italian advantageous

Pensum: 80-100 %
