Our department is a central hub of hospital operations. This is where a wide variety of concerns come together, from patients: relatives to employees, doctors and doctors. We are a well-established team of eight people and support each other with our knowledge and experience. Together, we ensure that the overview and calm are not lost even in hectic situations.

These are your tasks

• You take over the organization, coordination and administration of inpatient rehabilitations and spa stays
• You are the central interface for advising patients, relatives and treatment teams and coordinate the goals with payers and service providers
• You coordinate cost management languages, languages, entry dates and transports, provide the necessary documents and manage them in the customer system

You bring that with you

• Several years of professional and hospital experience as a nurse
• High social skills, diplomatic skills in dealing with different people, and enjoyment of working together in the multidisciplinary hospital
• High flexibility and secure user knowledge in MS Office and in dealing with the clinic information system
