Their tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational management of the nursing team of the emergency department and day clinic
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care and quality and safety standards
• Responsibility for needs-based personnel and operational planning
• Further development of the emergency department and daily clinic as well as optimization of processes, workflows and structures
• Promoting an appreciative team culture as well as the professional and personal development of employees
• Close cooperation with the medical management and with the internal and external interfaces

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH with postgraduate degree NDS HF Emergency care is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in emergency care
• Leadership experience and ideally a completed leadership education or willingness to complete one
• Strong communication and social competence as well as an appreciative, binding and situational leadership style
• High resilience, decision-making and enforcement capacity as well as strong organisational talent
• Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation as well as the further development of processes and changes

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Nachdiplomstudium NDS HF Notfallpflege von Vorteil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege

• Führungserfahrung und idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender, verbindlicher und situationsgerechter Führungsstil

• Hohe Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

• Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit sowie an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Veränderungen
